We set up your company
We create your company space, plan and quotas. Your admin receives a secure invitation.
Install the agent on each PC
Each PC gets its own revocable key. Choose the folders to protect; backups run daily while the PC is on.
Check and restore
See which PCs are protected, get alerts after 24 h without success, and restore files to a safe folder.
Built for confidential data
Encrypted end to end
Data is encrypted on the PC before it leaves, and stays encrypted in storage.
Isolated per company
Each company has its own repository and keys. No company can see another’s data.
Protected copy
A separate copy that cannot be deleted with PC credentials, against ransomware and mistakes.

Questions
What happens if a PC is off for a few days?
The backup runs as soon as the PC is back online. In the meantime the portal shows it as not protected and sends an alert after 24 h.
Where is my data stored?
In the approved region chosen for your company, currently Cameroon. The region cannot change without your explicit approval.
What if the quota is full?
New files stop being backed up, but existing restore points are kept. You are alerted at 80% and 90%.
Can NEDD staff read my files?
Files are encrypted. Support access is limited, documented and logged.
How do I pay?
By MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or card through CamPay, or by bank transfer confirmed by our finance team.
